A. Yes. McNeilly EMS Educators is an accredited training institution by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Office of Emergency Medical Services. Click here to view our letter of accreditation.

A. For Heartsaver CPR, plan on 2 hours. For Heartsaver CPR with First Aid, plan on 3.5 hours. Class lengths can vary depending on the number of students, so please call us if you think you may have a scheduling conflict or need more information.

A. We are happy to replace your lost provider card, as long as you took the course through McNeilly EMS Educators. There is a $15 fee to replace a lost card, and we will mail it to you as soon as possible.

A. Here at McNeilly, we are proud to offer classes and certifications at all provider levels. If you require certification through your employer, check with them first about what certification you’ll need. Most non-healthcare providers take Heartsaver CPR, AED, and First Aid courses. If you need assistance determining which course is right for you, call or email us and we will be happy to help you.

A. While our payments are processed through PayPal, you will not be prompted to use a PayPal account if you don’t have one. The “Proceed to PayPal” button will take you to a page that allows you to pay as a “guest” without creating a PayPal account, and you can pay with your regular credit card. If you would prefer to use another method, please call our office and we can make arrangements. Payment must be received on or before the class date in most cases.

A. If you need proof that you have completed a course before you receive your provider card, we can give you a Course Completion Notice signed by the instructor verifying that you completed the class and are waiting for your provider card.
